About Rochelle Devereaux

Rochelle Devereaux is the owner of Business Efficacy in Salem, OR. She works with people wanting to improve their personal connections with others and companies wanting to improve productivity through effective internal and external communications.

Her flagship presentation, Power Listening, is ideally suited for individuals, companies, professional organizations and service groups who want to improve personal/professional relationships and increase sales, customer service and employee morale. She conducts thirty-minute keynote speeches to leading multi-day workshops or anything in-between.

Her audio cassette tapes, Power Listening, Power Listening for Problem Solving, Power Listening for Sales Professionals and Power Listening for Parents are available through powercommunicator.com and Amazon.com. These tapes will be released in CD format in 2002.

Devereaux zeros in on the core communication issues that individuals, professionals and organizations face on a daily basis. Rochelle is a consummate professional who moves people to understand their personal communication blocks and take steps to unlock their power communication potential. Understanding the listening/speaking process and creating a communication plan are central to her work.

Devereaux is an active member of the International Listening Association. Her presentations to the organization’s annual conventions continue to generate requests through the association’s Convention Resource Center.
